Help Naomi Smile Again!

Naomi needs your help. Naomi was abandoned in an empty trailer without food or water after her family moved away and left her behind. Luckily, one of our volunteers took Naomi in, but we soon discovered that our P. L. G (Poor Little Girl--her nickname) has a ton of problems with her mouth. Lesions and a hole in the roof of her mouth (which we think was caused from chewing on an electrical cord) have made eating so painful that the poor baby screams if she tries to swallow some kibble. Because of this and a condition that causes her gums and throat to be inflamed, Naomi had to have all of her teeth pulled. In a few weeks, after she has healed, she will need to have the hole in the roof of her mouth closed. We just received the bill for the first surgery and hospital stay and it was over $1900. We still don't know the estimated amount for the second surgery. Please help us give Naomi a reason to smile again (albeit with a gummy, toothless grin). If you can donate any amount toward Naomi's surgeries, it would be greatly appreciated. We try to help cats like Naomi and others that would be euthanized at some of the larger shelters. But we can't do this without YOU!
